Man caught on camera stealing security cameras

TACOMA-PIERCE COUNTY -- A man stealing security cameras got caught because he took the camera but didn’t realize it didn’t contain the videotape. That was safely elsewhere, where Pierce County sheriff’s detectives got a good look at his face.
